Common problem on CO2 laser power supply

1. Q: High voltage sparking,

A: The high voltage connector is close to power supply’s steel case.

2. Q:No laser output and fan doesn’t run

A: Fuse is not connected.

3.Q: Press TEST button(Red),it outputs laser but main control terminal board is not be used to let tube output laser.

A:CO2 power supply’s low voltage control section is damaged.

4.Q:Current is not be adjusted.

A: CO2 power supply’s current control section is damaged.

5 Q:Fuse always be burned.

A: CO2 power supply’s power diode is short circuited.
